There are 4 ways to make a financial donation to the life and work of Holy Trinity:
- A cash or cheque donation – please note that tax receipts can only be extended with a name and address. These donations can be offered during Sunday services, mailed into the office and/or dropped off in person to the office.
- Offering envelopes – each person can have a uniquely numbered set of weekly envelopes. These can be given at Sunday worship or any day during the week at the office. Tax receipts are issued based on the annual summation of donations in February.
- Pre-authorized giving – this is an automatic bank transfer from your financial institution to Holy Trinity. You specify the amount of your monthly donation. The form to authorize this transfer is available at the office. This arrangement is maintained automatically until you specify its termination.
- Electronic transfer [e-transfers] – A donation can be made from your home computer. The instructions for this are as follows:

After logging in to your financial institution select the payments option and the select interac e-transfer.
You can then set up a payee – the information requested will be similar to what is displayed below but there will likely be differences depending on your financial institution:
Fill in the amount you would like to donate.
When you press continue you will get a message as shown below .
Then In the message section [which will be sent to the e-mail address: email@example.com;]
Please, indicate your envelope number or Name and full address so a tax receipt can be issued.
Also should you wish, indicate any particulars for directing the gift; such as – General, Boiler Fund, Lunchroom … etc.; for example: - Envelope number ‘1234’ $100 – General
